International Network of Action Learning (INAL) was established in 2016, jointly sponsored by Beijing Gene 100 Management Consulting Co. Ltd. and China Training Journals. It is provided academic and technical support by the Centre for Action Learning and is supported by many Chinese action learning leading enterprises.
INAL is committed to introducing international advanced action learning methods and innovating action learning practice and theoretical research in combination with the reality of Chinese local enterprises, to develop action learning professionals.
In a short period of five years, INAL has delivered action learning facilitation courses to leaders of more than 30 industries in China. This includes banking, insurance, internet, mobile communication, real estate and Fast Moving Consumer Goods, and trained 1,000+professional action learning facilitators.
In order to better promote the development of action learning in China, INAL and the Centre for Action Learning (CfAL) reached an exclusive strategic cooperation in December 2020. The two organisations formally launched the International Action Learning Facilitator Certification Project together at the end of 2020.

Profile
Tang Changium
Tang Changjun is currently the only certified officer of Centre for Action Learning in China. He graduated from EMBA of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and once served as the head of management training in Lenovo Group. It has been more than 16 years since the practice of action learning began in 2006. He is good at developing the leadership of middle-and high-level managers in enterprises by using the mixed methods of action learning, guidance technology and team coaching.
Up to now, he has more than 100 projects experience in consulting, designing and implementing complex action learning projects in more than 30 industries. At the end of 2018, he published the ‘Process Chart for Action Learning’. At the same time, he organised the translation, revision and publication of seven professional books on action learning. In September 2020, he published an academic paper entitled ‘Using action learning for the development of senior leaders in China’ in Action Learning Research and Practice. He is also the founder of China Society for Action Learning (CSAL).
