In partnership with Skills for Care we are offering fully funded programmes for social workers
Two programmes are on offer and both are ILM recognised.
The first is for assessors and those supporting Newly Qualified Social Workers. You will be introduced to Action Learning and the techniques to work in a self managed set
The second is action learning facilitation training for those supporting Newly Qualified Social Workers where you will learn facilitation techniques and to design an action learning intervention
