In early 2019, we will support Skills for Care on the delivery of a Department for Education funded national innovation project to support social work employers in developing and implementing best-practice in the delivery of the ASYE programme. ASYE is an employer-led, induction programme, helping newly qualified Social Workers transition from initial qualification into frontline practice. Through our partnership, we will train and provide ongoing support to 100 social work professionals so that they embed action learning within their organisation and across the profession so that they can. We will also action learning to develop communities of practice across the profession to further explore and address the ongoing challenges of developing and implementing best practice in the delivery of the ASYE induction programme across England.
